Two claims on the page are checkable elsewhere and were checked. The 501(c)(3) claim is corroborated by the IRS exempt-organizations file, which lists FORGE FOUNDATION INC, in care of Forge Utah Foundation, in Lehi, Utah, under subsection 03 — see Source: IRS Exempt Organizations Business Master File, Utah Extract. That record's ruling date is 2025-07, ten years after the "est. 2015" the site claims, so the foundation's federal exemption is recent even if the community is not; the page does not explain the gap and neither does this one.
