If You Need Shared Wet Lab Plus Investor Access

Altitude Labs is the primary public door. It is a biotech accelerator on Recursion's Salt Lake City campus with cohort residency, lab and office space, mentorship, and pre-seed / fellowship award tracks. If Your IP Still Sits At The University Of Utah

Disclose and license first through the University of Utah Technology Licensing Office (formerly PIVOT Center). Lab-space conversations that skip IP clearance waste everyone's time. Then return to Altitude or to a sponsored-lab arrangement your PI and department already control.

If You Need The Broader Life-Sciences Network

BioUtah and BioHive are membership and ecosystem doors — useful for introductions to manufacturers, CROs, and peers who may sublease or share capacity. They are not themselves wet-lab landlords. Use them after you can say what square footage, biosafety level, and equipment list you need.
