Impact

FireFly designs, manufactures, and sells physical machines for turf farms and large-area mowing: diesel-electric PATH harvesters (first ProSlab shipped 2012) and AMP autonomous electric mowers (AMP-L100 introduced late 2023), built in-house in Salt Lake City (S-1/A). As of September 30, 2025 it reported over 790 PATH, AMP, and earlier M220 machines in the field. That is real hardware at operating scale, not a slide-deck robot.

The bound is the category. Turf still gets harvested and golf still gets mowed if this company does not exist; other harvesters and other autonomous mowers already do the job. FireFly's claimed difference is electrification, in-house autonomy (software stack brought in-house in 2020), and a vertically integrated Salt Lake plant — a supplier substitution inside an existing equipment market, not a new kind of work in the world. The March 2026 Form RW withdrew the Nasdaq:FFLY registration because the company "determined not to conduct the proposed offering … at this time," and stated that no securities had been issued or sold (Form RW). That is an offering decision, not a shutdown.

The November 2025 prospectus puts the principal executive office at 1130 South 3800 West, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104, and describes a leased 108,500 square-foot headquarters and manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City (S-1/A). As of October 27, 2025 the company employed 210 full-time and 7 part-time people. It is a Delaware corporation (incorporated November 13, 2015) that began operations in 2010; Utah is the plant and the identity anchor, not a branch office.

Earlier Form Ds used a North Salt Lake street address. That conflict is named under Open Questions; this page follows the prospectus principal-executive-office sentence.

What They Need Now

The 2025 registration does not itemize live roles. It is a snapshot of a manufacturing company that expected to hire as it grew, not a current requisition list, and it should not be read as one.

After the Form RW they filed a Form 10-Q (accession 0001493152-26-010211, filing date 2026-03-16) and Form 15-15D (accession 0001493152-26-012448, filing date 2026-03-25), the latter a certification/notice terminating or suspending Exchange Act reporting under File No. 333-290743. Those filings are not this page's evidence base.
  • Are they still operating? The prospectus website fireflyautomatix.com still resolved on 2026-08-16 (live title "FireFly Robotics"; www 301s to the apex host). A site that loads is not an Activity-signal, and no dated jobs or product-news artifact after the withdrawal is cited here. Form 15 is a reporting-status event, not a dissolution. Missing Activity: on this page is the unchecked state.
  • Which Utah address is current? This page uses 1130 South 3800 West, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104 from the prospectus. 2015 and 2017 Form Ds listed 655 North 700 West, North Salt Lake, UT 84054; the 2019 Form D already used the Salt Lake City address. Nothing in the S-1/A or Form RW revives North Salt Lake.
  • Legal name vs. public brand. The registrant is FireFly Automatix, Inc.; the live site title reads FireFly Robotics. Same host named in the prospectus; whether "Robotics" is a d/b/a is not established here.
