Self-reported tier. This is DigiCert marketing copy: good evidence of what the company claims about its footprint and positioning, weak evidence of any of it being independently true. Nothing here is audited — the customer count, the Fortune 500 share, and "strongest fiscal year to date" are all unverifiable from this page, and DigiCert is privately held so no filed financials contradict or confirm them.

Fetch note. www.digicert.com sits behind an Imperva/Incapsula WAF that returns a 923-byte challenge page to an ordinary browser user-agent while serving the real document to the capture script's own user-agent. That is the reverse of the usual failure and worth recording: a future re-check that gets a short body has been blocked, not served a shortened page.
