Self-reported tier: this is the organizers' description of their own meeting. It establishes the
**stated** format and norms, and nothing else — not attendance, not whether the norms are observed,

Two specific cautions:

- **"Over 20 years" is unsourced and unaudited.** No founding date, founder, or continuity record is
  given anywhere on the page, and none was located elsewhere. It is a round claim in a promotional
  register, and the chapter's own scheduling messages show at least one month departing from the
