shows Bunnell's original PMA **P850064** with decision date **1988-06-30**, the earliest original PMA
among product code **LSZ** ("Ventilator, High Frequency") in the database — but other high-frequency
ventilator PMAs from Nellcor, ZOLL, and Covidien followed, so the device category is not exclusive to
Bunnell today.
